These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the User") and bdgo ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the bdgo website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services, games, and products accessible at bdgo.today ("the Service").

By creating an account, accessing any part of the bdgo platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service and close your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. bdgo operates as an online entertainment and gaming platform providing casino games, sports betting, and related services to eligible users. bdgo is committed to operating transparently and in accordance with responsible gaming principles.

bdgo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to restrict access to the platform from certain jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with bdgo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and bdgo.

Definitions

• "Account" — the personal registered profile created by a User on the bdgo platform.
• "Balance" — the total BDT funds held in a User's bdgo wallet, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a User subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "Real-Money Funds" — BDT deposited by the User via an approved payment method such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• "Bet / Wager" — any stake placed on a sporting event or casino game outcome using funds from the User's bdgo account.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures conducted by bdgo to confirm User identity and age.

Access to and use of the bdgo platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bdgo is an 18+ platform. No exceptions are made to this rule under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Service as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as a representative of any corporate entity unless expressly agreed in writing with bdgo.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not under any legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of bdgo or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You are not accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded or suspended from bdgo or any related platform operated by bdgo's service partners.

bdgo enforces age verification at the point of registration. All users are required to confirm their age during sign-up. Additionally, bdgo reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage — including but not limited to prior to processing a withdrawal request, when bonus activity appears inconsistent with normal usage patterns, or when account security checks are triggered.

Acceptable forms of identity documentation include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised authority. Documents must be valid, legible, and clearly show your full name and date of birth.

If bdgo determines at any time that a User is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending bets will be voided, and any balance — including winnings — may be withheld pending investigation. bdgo takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously and cooperates fully with any regulatory enquiry relating to age verification.

To access the full range of bdgo services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the bdgo platform at any given time.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. You must create a unique username and a secure password. bdgo strongly recommends using a password that is at least 10 characters long and includes a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.

You agree that all information provided during registration and at any point thereafter is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bdgo strongly advises that you do not share your login details with any other person and that you log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your bdgo account, you must contact bdgo's support team at [email protected] immediately. bdgo will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain adequate security over their login credentials.

Duplicate Accounts

Operating more than one account per person is strictly prohibited. If bdgo detects duplicate accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, device, IP address, payment method, or other identifiers — all duplicate accounts will be suspended, bonus funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be escalated for further review.

All financial transactions on bdgo — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdgo does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though individual payment providers such as bKash or Nagad may apply their own service charges as governed by their respective terms of service.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the same bdgo account, or to a verified payment method approved by bdgo's finance team. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect user funds.

Before processing any withdrawal, bdgo may require the User to complete identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals requested before KYC completion will be placed in a pending state until verification is successfully completed. bdgo aims to process all approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated above, subject to payment provider availability.

bdgo reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal that triggers an internal fraud alert, is associated with a bonus abuse investigation, or where the account holder has not satisfied applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Prohibited Transactions

Users must not use the bdgo platform to transfer funds between accounts, engage in money laundering, or use payment methods belonging to third parties. Any deposit made from a payment source that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder will be refunded, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

bdgo offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing users, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, live casino cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL and IPL cricket seasons.

General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses offered by bdgo are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to users aged 18 and above who hold a verified bdgo account in good standing.
• Each promotion is available once per user, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• bdgo reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be used on game categories specified in the individual promotion's terms. Using bonus funds on excluded game types may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement specifies the total monetary value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the User must place a total of ৳20,000 in eligible bets before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Different game types may contribute different percentages towards meeting wagering requirements. Sports betting, slots, and crash games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse

bdgo actively monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure, and systematically targeting bonuses through coordinated group activity. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

All bets and wagers placed on bdgo are subject to the rules and conditions specific to each game type, sports market, and individual event. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the applicable rules and accept the outcome of the game or event as final, subject to any official review or void decision made by bdgo.

Sports Betting

bdgo's sportsbook covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, hockey, and a range of other sporting events. Pre-match and live in-play betting markets are offered across these sports. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed.

A bet is considered accepted only when a confirmation notification is received by the User. bdgo reserves the right to limit bet amounts on specific markets, void bets where odds were published in error, and suspend markets during live events where data integrity cannot be confirmed. In the event of an event postponement or cancellation, all open bets will be voided and stakes returned to the User's balance.

Casino Games

All casino games on bdgo — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and specialty games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer feeds from professionally audited studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are independently verified and cannot be influenced by bdgo or any player.

bdgo publishes theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG games where such figures are provided by the game developer. Actual results for individual sessions will vary from the theoretical RTP due to the inherent variance of random outcomes.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all game types and sports markets on bdgo. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface prior to placing a wager. bdgo reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and may apply reduced limits to specific accounts based on risk management decisions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdgo platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including false name, date of birth, or contact details.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the bdgo platform while under the age of 18, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one registered account on the bdgo platform simultaneously for any purpose.
• Money laundering: Using the bdgo platform to process, transfer, or conceal proceeds of criminal activity. bdgo complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment chargebacks or disputes with a payment provider in relation to legitimate bdgo transactions. bdgo will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and may pursue recovery of funds and associated costs.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated mechanism to place bets, access game outcomes in advance, or manipulate game interfaces.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence game or match outcomes, share hole-card information in poker variants, or exploit multiplayer game mechanics unfairly.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting technical bugs, software glitches, or pricing errors in bdgo's platform to generate artificial profits. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward bdgo staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Third-party payment use: Depositing funds using payment accounts registered to another individual, whether a family member, friend, or unknown third party.

bdgo employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where violations are detected, bdgo may — at its absolute discretion — suspend the account, void affected bets and transactions, withhold or forfeit any account balance, and/or permanently ban the individual from the platform.

bdgo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a specified period, or non-use of the account for an extended duration.

Voluntary Account Closure

Users who wish to close their bdgo account voluntarily may do so by contacting the bdgo support team at [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to the User via their verified payment method, provided all applicable withdrawal conditions have been met. Bonus funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

bdgo provides a self-exclusion facility for users who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem. Self-exclusion can be activated directly from the account settings section of the bdgo platform or by contacting support. Once a self-exclusion period is set, it cannot be reduced or cancelled before its expiry date. bdgo will make every reasonable effort to enforce the self-exclusion and prevent the excluded user from accessing the platform during the chosen period.

Forced Suspension by bdgo

Where bdgo suspends an account due to a suspected Terms violation, the affected User will be notified by email to the address registered on their account. During the investigation period, access to the account and any associated funds will be restricted. If the investigation concludes that a material breach occurred, the account will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bdgo may charge an administrative maintenance fee on dormant account balances in accordance with its dormancy policy. Users will be notified in advance before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any required verification steps.
